What We’re Looking For:
Must have at least 5 to 8+ years’ experience in the Residential Construction industry with the following skills:
o General Construction
o Finish Carpentry
o Drywall Install and/or repair
o Handyman, General Repairs, Painting and Maintenance Work
o Plumbing, Electrical, & HVAC – Detach, reset and/or install
o Flooring, Cabinets and Countertop installation experience
Experience in the Restoration Industry a plus
Proven ability to lead multiple projects, staff and materials at one time
Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and schedules
Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening & have valid driver’s license

What You’ll Do:
As a ReConstruction/Repair Lead Carpenter, you will need experience with multiple types of Residential and Commercial repair, maintenance and reconstruction. Experience in the Restoration Industry working on Fire and Water Damage projects a plus. You must be a skilled tradesman in multiple facets of construction, be organized, have a positive attitude and professionally communicate with technicians as well as the clients.
Work hands-on and lead other technicians on restoration reconstruction projects
Work independently with minimal supervision
Respond to property damage emergency calls, when necessary
Plan, execute and close out multiple projects in short periods of time to the satisfaction of the client
Communicate potential change orders to Project Manager as soon as they become known
Manage and communicate client concerns, problems or complaints on assigned projects
Ensure all job reports and other documents are submitted correctly and on time Being dedicated, responsible, knowledgeable, a leader and a motivator
Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company and brand
