What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience as an Office Administrator / Office Management
2+ years of experience in full cycle bookkeeping/accounting
2+ years’ experience using QuickBooks Pro
Restoration / Construction industry highly preferred
Demonstrated project management skills
Ability to install and implement new software and train other to its use
Computer Savvy in Word, Excel, Outlook and Social Media

What You’ll Do:
Your proven track record as a Bookkeeper and Office Administrator will ensure your success in this dynamic role. This is a critical role in the daily operation of this company. You will also work closely with Office Staff, Project Managers, Production Managers and Field Staff in the coordination of all job activities, from inception to final payment. This job is responsible for clerical, administrative & accounting functions as well as follow up on jobs, scheduling and estimates/scopes.
Coordinate general office administrative duties and operations, including but not limited to bookkeeping, coordinating calendars, and other filing duties
Oversee all project data entry for both program and non-program claims
Track all jobs in progress and components within each including billing and collections
Manage contracts, processes, and job documentation
Work directly, and in sync, with Office Staff, Project Managers, Production Managers and Field Staff
Assist in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports
Work with owner handling business affairs, budgeting, scheduling, and setting appointments
Being dedicated, responsible, knowledgeable, a leader & a motivator
Maintain a high degree of integrity & loyalty toward the company & brand
Qualified candidates may have past experience in: Disaster Restoration, Mitigation, Remediation, Water Damage, Construction PM, Emergency Loss, Insurance Loss
