What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience in Residential & Commercial Construction and understanding of the mechanics in construction
5+ years’ experience in estimating jobs, specifically in Disaster Restoration Reconstruction and repair
5+ years in a Management/Project Management Role in Disaster Restoration Reconstruction
Proficient in using Xactimate and calculating Time & Material; must be tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office
Proven ability to oversee and manage 10-15 projects at one time
Ability to manage budgets and schedules
Mitigation experience with IICRC Certifications in Water, Mold, Smoke a plus

What You’ll Do:
As the Restoration Construction Estimator & Project Manager you will be responsible for estimating, selling, oversight & management of restoration (re)construction/repair projects, performing site inspections, document losses with accurate measurements, notes and photographs with strong attention to detail; estimating the cost of the entire project through the use of Xactimate; negotiating costs with insurance carrier representatives; communicating with the Branch Manager issues that will affect the project schedule, progress and/or budget. The Restoration Construction Estimator & Project Manager will also manage the project cycle by providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontractors; ability to read Xactimate scopes proficiently; managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.
Qualified candidates may have experience in: Disaster Restoration, Mitigation, Remediation, Water Damage, Disaster Relief, Project Manager, Construction, Reconstruction, Emergency Loss, Insurance Loss
