What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience within the Residential Construction industry; disaster restoration preferred
Construction Skill Set: Drywall repairs/texturing/hanging; Painting; Finish and rough carpentry; Window and door installation; Misc. items such as installation of carpeting, ceramic tile or vinyl
5+ years’ experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, Superintendent and/or Managerial experience
Current Contractors License, Xactimate experience, IICRC Certifications are a plus
Ability to build and source a team of Sub-Contractors for all types of skills
Proven ability to oversee and manage 5-10+ projects at one time worth $20k-$100k+

What You’ll Do:
The ReConstruction Project Supervisor is responsible for providing the oversight, direction and coordination of all field activities related to the project and any coordinated subcontractors; ability to read project scopes proficiently; managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.
Qualified candidates may have experience in: Disaster Restoration, Mitigation, Remediation, Water Damage, Disaster Relief, Project Manager, Construction, Reconstruction, Emergency Loss, Insurance Loss
