What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of successful outside sales experience in the Disaster Restoration Industry

  • 2+ years of successful commission-based sales experience

  • 2+ years of experience with relationship selling to property managers, facility managers, construction companies, building engineers, adjusters and agencies

  • Associate degree in Business, Marketing or related field with bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience in sales creativity, marketing & developing cutting edge approaches

  • Superior networking skills & presentation skills

  • A leader that is self-motivated, responsible, positive, accountable and wears a smile

What You’ll Do:

As the Business Development Representative of Commercial Sales, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships and finding new revenue opportunities. To be successful, you will need to design an action plan to develop relationships with Education Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Multi-Family Housing, Hospitals, Churches, Schools, Retail, Businesses, etc. You will successfully accomplish this by managing and enhancing client relationships, recruiting new referral sources, developing relationships with trade partners, obtaining big meetings, and attend other networking events to continually develop prospect and build relationships. This is a business to business position and the ideal candidate will be excited to work in a business to business setting.

  • Build Relationships with Education Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Multi-Family Housing, Hospitality, Hospitals, Churches, Schools, Retail, Businesses, etc. which in turn, results in new revenue opportunities through the strong relationship and influencing skills to get the call when disaster strikes

  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding the budgeted outside sales goals

  • Prospect for new business by joining and networking within various organizations, communities and groups

  • Design an action plan to successfully accomplish the new/current business plan

  • Focuses on obtaining “Big Meetings" with prospects and clients in target business categories

  • Travel for marketing, conventions, training and available during CAT season

  • Have thorough knowledge of Company Brand, Marketing as well as Policies & Procedures

  • Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company and brand
