What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in the restoration industry – Commercial Water Mitigation, Fire, Mold, Contents, Repairs & Construction
3+ years General/Branch Manager handling all Branch Operations and Financials
Proven ability to build, motivate and maintain high performing teams
Proficiency in using Xactimate, Estimating Time & Material and other Restoration/Construction Software
IICRC Certifications in WRT, ASD, AMRT, FRST a plus
Vast knowledge of the industry, standards, policies, procedures and the ability to train staff
An individual that is dedicated, responsible, knowledgeable, a leader and a motivator

What You’ll Do:
The Restoration General Manager is responsible for directing, planning and managing overall branch operations, including but not limited to: quality control, quality assurances, project managers, daily operations and customer service. The Restoration General Manager will take an active role in making sure that the projects are collected with the parameters established during the estimate and approval process. This position is also responsible for assisting in maximizing return on investment, profit and loss, daily operation, planning, development and implementation of compensation and advertising functions.
Run and Manage all office operations, including office personnel, implement procedures, hold key personnel accountable
Responsible for achieving branch sales targets
Create, manage and execute plans to increase sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
Ability to write accurate estimates and review job profitability
Analyze and manage budgets
Locate and utilize sub-contractors
Ability to successfully create new business and build client relationships
Responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilities
Implement quality assurance procedures and ensure that company policies and standards are being followed
Being dedicated, responsible, knowledgeable, a leader and a motivator
Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company and brand
Qualified candidates may have past experience in: Disaster Restoration, Mitigation, Remediation, Water Damage, Emergency Services, Restoration Reconstruction
