What We’re Looking For:
3+ years’ experience within the residential construction industry
3+ years of hands-on experience in roofing and siding
5+ years’ experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, Superintendent and/or Managerial experience
Able to perform various physical tasks: climbing ladders, working at roof heights and lifting a minimum of 80 lbs.
Tech Savvy and able to interact with mobile apps and computer technology
Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects at one time

What You’ll Do:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for providing the oversight, direction and coordination of all field activities related to the project and any coordinated subcontractors; ability to read project scopes proficiently; managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.
Oversee and manage construction crews
Maintain communication with the homeowners, crews, suppliers and necessary staff members
Schedule and manage both inspections and permits
Serve as onsite quality control
General administrative duties
Perform warranty work
Being dedicated, responsible, knowledgeable, a leader and a motivator
Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the Company Constitution, Purpose, Values and Vision
